    oops~! I'm suffering fatness !!>_<

    bbs 9周年站庆Happy了一个周末
    昨天把猪猫送飞机之后去万流mm那边测了下脂肪
    偶内脂肪指数8！！正常人才1,2,3的样子
    看起来不胖，脂肪全长内脏上去了！
    轻微脂肪肝了……
    里面的大叔还说：有些人啊，看起来很健康，突然有天就病倒了，或者突然有天就走了，就是因为％￥◎％……￥
    >_<！
    赤裸裸的恐吓啊。。！
    我不想突然有天就走了……
    里面的阿姨说：要早起，不要熬夜。。
    于是偶昨天12点半就睡了
    今天8点半就起来了
    还吃了健康的早饭（没有油条）
    以后不吃猪肉，尽量不摄入脂肪，尽量多喝水，多运动～～～
     
    嗯。。
    坚持健康的生活作息
    努力回归地球……
